Quick Start
Moderator Quick Start
- Choose Registered user and sign in.
- In Design, create a game or open an account-owned definition.
- Complete the relevant Design tabs, resolve Validation errors, and save.
- Open Execution and choose a room, usually
main. - Add the game to the room or one of its game sets.
- Start the game with the play icon beside its name.
- Copy and share the room link or its reserved
/r/...shortcut. - Watch Active Sessions and open Moderator view when a read-only session view is useful.
- Review or export the run from Run Logs.
The saved definition is validated when it is started. A run that is already open keeps the definition snapshot with which it began.
Design Quick Start
- Use the first Definitions toolbar row for New Game, Open Game, Save As, and Save changes.
- Use the second row to manage catalog folders, upload definitions, add the selected game to rooms, rename it, move it, or delete it.
- Define participants in Assignment.
- Build the mechanism in Layout and use Gameplay or Data model for detailed behavior.
- Add presentation Pages and set their Audience where needed.
- Check Validation and save.
Predefined games under Demo are read-only in Design. They remain available through Add games in Rooms.
Player Quick Start
- Open the room link supplied by the moderator.
- Enter a player name and, when used, the same PIN for later reconnection.
- Choose an open game and click Join.
- Play in the newly opened tab.
Fixed-player games wait until enough participants have joined. The game page appears only when the session can start.
Demo Quick Start
- Open Demo from the home page.
- Choose a reference game and start it.
- Select player cards or use Switch Active Player to inspect different views.
- Use Auto demo for an automatic demonstration.
Demo is an observer workflow in one tab. Use Open test client from Rooms for realistic multi-player testing.
Before A Live Session
- Save and validate the exact game that will be used.
- Start it in a test room.
- Open enough test clients to exercise one normal path.
- Confirm Active Sessions, Moderator view, and the resulting Run Log.
- Stop the test run and prepare the live room.
